Experience/History
Licensed in Georgia & Tennessee since 1997 (and as a Broker since 2002), I have successfully
marketed a host of properties with my concentration being on bank properties (REO's-Stands for
Real Estate Owned), as well as performed several hundred BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) for
various asset management/outsourcing companies. I have also helped various buyers find a
home, and have successfully marketed the property of a plethora of owners. I hold a Bachelor's
of Science in Consumer Science from the University of Georgia, and have used this background
to gain insight in today's market. In addition, I am from the Chattanooga, TN/Northwest, GA area
and believe that this familiarity has proved useful in my profession.
